Curtis and Lohan reunite for Freakier Friday coming to digital, 4K, Blu-ray and DVD

Throughout the years Mary Rodgers novel Freaky Friday has been the subject of film adaptation going back to the original in 1976. In 2003 Mean Girls director Mark Waters took on the source material with Freaky Friday starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan to much success. Now the two are reuniting for the long-anticipated sequel Freakier Friday co-starring Julia Butters, Sophia Hammons, Manny Jacinto, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Rosalind Chao, Chad Michael Murray, Vanessa Bayer, and Mark Harmon from The High Note director Nisha Ganatra at the helm.
Freakier Friday follows Tess and Anna Coleman years after they endured an identity crisis. Anna now has a daughter of her own and a soon-to-be stepdaughter. As they navigate the myriad challenges that come when two families merge, Tess and Anna discover that lightning might indeed strike twice.
In addition to the film this release will offer featurettes, numerous deleted scenes, a music video and more. Join in the body switching fun when Freakier Friday comes to digital on October 7th and then on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD on November 11th from Disney.
