Director Sam Hargrave made a name for himself in the stunt world before stepping behind the camera as a director to deliver action flicks like the kick ass Extraction films with a third on the way. Now he is teaming up with John Cena to take on the Mattel property for Matchbox the Movie co-starring Jessica Biel, Arturo Castro, Sam Richardson, Teyonah Parris, Danai Gurira, Golshifteh Farahani, Corey Stoll, and Bill Camp.

Matchbox the Movie follows a group of friends since childhood who have their lives upended when undercover CIA agent Sean, their long-absent former leader, returns to their small town and unwittingly gets embroiled in a frantic international pursuit to save the world.
