Jagged Edge Productions and ITN Studios announces The Twisted Childhood Universe

In 2022 the iconic character Winnie The Pooh and friends entered the public domain so it wasn’t long before the fun began. The most outrageous use of the character came in the slasher reimagining of the classic characters with Winnie The Pooh: Blood and Honey from director Rhys Frake-Waterfield.

After the film’s cult success, they went right into production on a sequel as well as announced new additions into the newly created The Twisted Childhood Universe. As part of this new shared universe will be the stand-alone features Bambi: The Reckoning, Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare and Pinocchio Unstrung and introduce new characters such as Sleeping Beauty, The Mad Hatter, and Rabbit from Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey.

All of these crazy ideas sound like more chaotic fun all their own, but they have no announced that they will all culminate in the upcoming film Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble in 2025 when the monsters join forces to takedown the world. Rhys Frake-Waterfield is set to direct with Scott Chambers returning as Christopher Robin, Megan Plactio as Wendy Darling, Roxanne Mckee as Xana, Lewis Santer as Tigger. More casting announcements to come. Stuart Alson and Nicole Holland serve as Executive Producers.

While we wait for all this glorious childhood chaos to be unleashed you can check out the posters showcasing the title treatments for the Poohniverse as well as the poster for Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble here now from Jagged Edge Productions and ITN Studios.
