Action star Scott Adkins has been a mainstay in the genre for years kicking ass with everyone including Jean Claude Van Damme, Tony Yaa, Iko Uwais, Michael Jai White and Keanu Reeves cementing himself as a martial arts icon. Now he is teaming up with martial arts star Marko Zaror and director Ernesto Diaz Espinoza for their sixth film together Diablo.

 

Diablo follows Kris Chaney, a warrior who seizes the daughter of a Colombian gangster to fulfill a noble promise to the young girl’s mother. When her father enlists both the criminal underworld and the terrifying psychotic killer El Corvo to exact his revenge, Kris will need to draw upon everything he has ever learned -- in and out of lockup -- to stay alive and keep his word.

 

I had the honor of sitting down and speaking with Adkins on his latest film and what goes into bringing this world to life and teaming up with these action duo legends.
