There are movies that come along out of left field that just punch you in the face in a variety of ways. In 2022 Rare Exports star Jorma Tommila and director Jalmari Helander reteamed for the hyper violent sleeper hit Sisu. Now they are getting the team back together for the highly anticipated sequel Sisu: Road to Revenge co-starring Stephen Lang.

 

Sisu: Road to Revenge follows “the man who refuses to die” who returns to the house where his family was brutally murdered during the war, dismantles it, loads it on a truck, and is determined to rebuild it somewhere safe in their honor. When the Red Army commander who killed his family comes back hellbent on finishing the job, a relentless, eye-popping cross-country chase ensues - a fight to the death, full of clever, unbelievable action set pieces.
