Anytime you send a group of friends on some sort of wacky vacation there are the chances of a hilarious comedy. In 2016 directors Jon Lucas and Scott Moore brought the genre to the big screen with Bad Moms followed by the sequel in 2017. Now they are taking a new group of women on a new trip with their latest film Spa Weekend starring Leslie Mann, Isla Fisher, Michelle Buteau and Anna Faris.

 

Spa Weekend follows four lifelong friends who realize that somewhere between careers, relationships, families and everyday responsibilities, they have forgotten how to take care of themselves and each other. Burned out and overdue for a break, the women escape to a luxury spa retreat for what turns out to be an unforgettable weekend dedicated to fun, laughter, and a lot of really bad decisions.
