Every year there are a ton of big conventions around the world showcasing everyone’s favorite celebrities, vendors, artists and more, but few of them have a distinct focus these days. One of the biggest in the galaxy is that of Star Wars Celebration that has been bringing the ultimate Star Wars convention to fans since 1999. Every few years the show returns to new location and this year it is heading to Chicago.

With every event this show showcases a variety of celebrity appearances from those involved throughout the Star Wars universe including Hayden Christianson, Ian McDiarmid, Ray Park, Freddie Prinze Jr., Billy Dee Williams, Alan Tudyk, Forest Whitaker, Ahmed Best, Katee Sackhoff and so many more. As if getting the chance to meet and get autographs with these celebrities wasn’t already enough of a reason for fans to attend they will also be hosting a ton of panels, Q&A’s and a massive dealer room that will have everything any Star Wars fan could want.

In addition to autographs, shopping and panels there is always some awesome props and cosplay that will have your camera doing over time just to capture it all. The famed Rancho Obi-Wan will no doubt have yet another impressive set up on hand for fans to get to look at the impressive collection. Yet another of the big draws is that of the Celebration Store that includes a wide variety of exclusive t-shirts, pins, plushes and more.

Probably the biggest event will be not only be the celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Phantom Menace, but also any and all thing regarding Episode 9, The Mandalorian and the animated series. All of these elements are yet just a small portion of the fun so jump into your Corellian freighter and make your way to Chicago and get in on the fun when Star Wars Celebration takes over on April 11th-15th.
