In 1998 actor/director Griffin Dunne took on the world of magic with the film Practical Magic starring Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman. While the film wasn’t a massive success at the time of release over the years it has garnered a cult hit leading to the upcoming sequel fans have hoped for. The film co-stars Dianne Wiest, Stockard Channing, Goran Visnjic, and Aidan Quinn and is making its way onto 4K for the first time to celebrate its original release and the perfect time before the sequel hits theaters.

 

Practical Magic follows two sisters from a family of witches in a small, contemporary New England town where falling in love is the trickiest spell of all. They struggle to use their gift for magically guiding fate to overcome their family curse: The men they fall in love with are doomed to an untimely death!
