Lucasfilm new trailer for The Mandalorian

Star Wars fans have been eagerly awaiting some footage for the upcoming series The Mandalorian that will be airing exclusively on Disney + streaming. During Celebration Chicago they unleashed a trailer that was only shown there and it was everything I could have hoped for and more. Now with D23 around the corner it is only a matter of time before we get that anticipated trailer.

If you haven’t been up to speed on what has been released the series has Jon Favreau at the helm as both writer and producer with a great list of directors working on episodes including Dave Filoni (Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels), Deborah Chow (Jessica Jones), Rick Famuyiwa (Dope), Bryce Dallas Howard (Solemates), and Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok).

The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic. The series features a great cast including Gina Carano (Deadpool), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Carl Weathers (Predator), Omid Abtahi (American Gods), Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man), Nick Nolte (Affliction) and Pedro Pascal (Narcos) taking on the title role as the Mandalorian gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy.

While we wait for that the show to premiere on November 12th, you can check out the all-new trailer and character posters as well as the previously released trailer here now as well from Lucasfilm and Disney+.
