Youngblood returns to Image
Due to various behind the scenes issues and rights it seemed as though we would never get to see Rob Liefeld’s best selling series Youngblood ever again. In 2025 it was announced that things were cleared up and a new series would be coming to the fans that collectively lost their minds in excitement.
Much like his latest new series Last Blood, Liefeld took to the direct market through his website and WhatNot shows to offer up the new Youngblood # 1 to the masses with various covers with all of them being limited and highly sought after. While Liefeld was having massive success with this relaunch they took to the direct market with a return to the original series remastered and recolored with Youngblood Deluxe.
Youngblood was back in a big way with Youngblood Deluxe selling great and the new issue one tearing up the market. The fun is just beginning as issue 2 is already up for sell on his website www.robliefeldcreations.com along with another new issue Giant-Sized Youngblood # 1. This is all great news, but just the beginning of the fun.
For all those that weren’t in the know, couldn’t afford or just want more of the new series it was announced that Youngblood # 1 was is heading to the masses
through Image Comics not only featuring numerous new covers, but also some changes to the story and/or visuals to make the comic store version slightly different than the previous issues released to keep them unique.
The new series will hit stores on November 5th and feature new covers from Skottie Young (I Hate Fairyland), Daniel Warren Johnson (Transformers, Do A Powerbomb), Ryan Stegman (X-Men, Venom) Ryan Ottley (Invincible, Battle Beast) Kael Ngu (Venom), Erik Gist (UnDeadpool, Spawn), Mark Spears (Monsters), Liefeld himself and many more.

As if that wasn't exciting enough there will be a whopping 27 retailer exclusive covers and Image Comics is ready to deal some damage. Be there when Youngblood returns to the masses in an all-new way on November 6th from Image Comics and Rob Liefeld.
