The cell phone is one of the biggest industries on the planet and we all use them. If you lived through the era of the BlackBerry you know how big it truly was at the time. Now Operation Avalanche director Matt Johnson who also stars is bringing the story to life in BlackBerry. The film stars Jay Baruchel, Glenn Howerton, Cary Elwes, Saul Rubinek, Rich Sommer, Martin Donovan and Michael Ironside.

BlackBerry follows the story of Mike Lazaridis and Jim Balsillie, the two men that charted the course of the spectacular rise and catastrophic demise of the world’s first smartphone.

I had the chance to sit down for a quick interview with stars Jay Baruchel and Glenn Howerton to talk about taking on this true story and the characters they portray.
